Language Matters, Inc. (LMI) Signed language, cued language, and spoken language programs, products, and services.

National Cued Speech Association (NCSA) is a non-profit membership organization founded in 1982 to promote and support the effective use of Cued Speech.

Testing, Evaluation, and Certification Unit (TECUnit) Website for the national testing body of the Cued Speech community. The Testing, Evaluation, and Certification Unit is responsible for establishing and maintaining national standards for the profession of cued language transliteration.

 

State and Local Organizations

Maryland Cued Speech Association (MDCSA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting and protecting the right of children and adults in the state of Maryland to utilize and have access to Cued Speech in all settings.

Northern Virginia Cued Speech Association (NVCSA) provides advocacy, education and support for families and professionals who choose to use Cued Speech with deaf or hard of hearing children.

Cue Camps & Conferences

Cue Camp Virginia Cue Camp Virginia (CCVA) is a workshop intended to educate those who want to know more about Cued Speech and its many applications. In the tranquility of the 4-H Center on the James River, participants can learn to cue, learn about raising, educating and communicating with a deaf or hard-of-hearing child, and share the experiences of other families and professionals. We will have adult Cued Speech classes at the Beginner and Intermediate/ Advanced levels, as well as presentations of interest to both parents and professionals.

Cue Camp Mechuwana (ME) Learn to cue or improve your cueing skills. Learn how cued speech can be used to improve the English language skills and literacy of children who are deaf. Meet others who use cued speech. Make new friends

CueSign Camp The CueSign Camp strives for adequate knowledge of cued language and American Sign Language equally for people of all ages and to increase knowledge of both languages and cultures in order to achieve a well-rounded environment for hearing, deaf and hard-of-hearing consumers.

L'Association de Langage Parlé Complété (A.L.P.C.) (France) National advocacy association for Cued Speech in France serving families and professionals. Site contains information in French regarding Cued Speech, various applications, and "les stages" (cuecamps) which are offered yearly. [translate this page]

L'Association de Langage Parlé Complété (Belgium) Organization which promotes Cued Speech in Belgium.Site features history of Langage Parlé Complété (French Cued Speech) and gives information in French about their projects, resources, events, and transliterator certification. The International Phonetic Association The IPA is the major as well as the oldest representative organization for phoneticians. The IPA provides the academic community world-wide with a notational standard for the phonetic representation of all languages - the International Phonetic Alphabet (also IPA).
